4 counts of assault and 1 death by auto. Yep, either there's a lot more to this story than just an honest accident or he's being charged because it's a news story. Either drunk, or WAY past his driving hours limit.

In any event, I hope TM pulls through.

You would assume correctly but it's anyone's guess. Personally if my limo was going 2mph on the turnpike I'd be lounging or stretching out. They spun and flipped. With that many bodies it was a blender.

don't know if this can be believed. New York Daily News a legit paper? looks like a tabloid.

The actor's ex-wife, Sabina Morgan, told the New York Daily News that Morgan was unconscious and has a broken leg among other injuries ? but doctors anticipated he would recover.
