1) SEGA Mega Drive & Genesis Classic : 85 h
Official emulator, so that covers Landstalker, Shining in the Darkness and Beyond Oasis.

2) Poly Bridge : 73 h
Fun physics puzzle (sadly the physics engine kinda breaks in the later levels).

3) The Talos Principle : 44 h
Very nice philosophical meta action puzzle game.

4) La-Mulana : 37 h
Mystery packed metroidvania meets Indiana Jones. Stopped when I realized every new step in the progression was so obscure I needed the walkthrough for each and everyone of them.

5) LYNE : 31 h
Would not recommend: 30 of these hours were spent wondering when the game would become good. The answer is never.

6) Stephen's Sausage Roll : 18.3 h
I played it for 50ish hours in different state of the beta. A playthrough for someone good at puzzles is probably 30ish hours. Possibly the best designed game ever.

7) Celestian Tales: Old North : 17 h
Not memorable indie JRPG made outside Japan.

8) Snakebird : 16.5 h
Hard puzzle game because visualizing the movement space is nigh impossible.

9) English Country Tune : 13.8 h
Very nice puzzle game.

10) Antichamber : 12.8 h
Nice meta action puzzle game.

Next are Papers, Please then Braid, Kentucky Route Zero, Undertale, Aviary Attorney.... Missing from the list because my time was spent on the beta: Environmental Station Alpha.

Not sure how FO4 got that high either, there's no way I played just the base (never bought Season Pass) of it more than I played New Vegas with all the DLC.
