More information is needed. You have a handegg avatar, so I'm assuming that you're in the US, where wall outlet voltage should be around 110v to 120v. What kind of output voltage are you looking for, exactly?
Really though you'd have better luck if you posted what you want to power. If it's some welder or something you'd probably want to look for a local machine shop for help.
