    I'm not sure what tree in my backyard this guy lives in but at night he watches me and the dogs and he's loud as fuck. Loud as in he's very vocal until he takes flight. He makes no sound at all when it goes airborne. It's almost haunting how silent he is when he takes off and in flight.

    Isn't this a pretty safe bet to make though? Statistically HR, customer service, hospitality, and help services are overwhelmingly women. It's like 98 to 99% female.
