The sun is coming up here. I checked during the night several times and never could see anything. I guess I'm too far south.

Perfect viewing conditions in the Seattle area last night, it was 85 during the day, totally clear skies, so was chilling the backyard a couple hours watching. Am up in the mountains a bit so less artifical light, was awesome, i mean my jaw was literally dropping at times. The show largely dissippated around 12:30am and i was tired as shit from a long week so went to bed, but saw a forecast that looked like tonight may be as good - crossing my fingers for more of the same.
