Technically this is a repost. I've been working on my post processing using Siril, GrapXpert, and Windows's own photo tools. This is M101 with 922 images stacked over 4-5 nights.

Messier 109 - 67 Million Light years away.
Processed with Siril , GrapXpert, and added Starnet++ this time. Being able to remove the stars to work on the 'subject' is a HUGE help. Crazy thing is all of the software I listed above is 100% free.

Welp, got a few dead pixels in my seestar. At least they are only 5 hundo and I can probably clone out the busted pixels in post.

I'm using PaintShop pro, so it's a paid for program, but I figure these steps would transfer over to other software as these tools I'm using are the basic level ones.

The goal I can see is to mostly remove the background grain from the image first and then bring up the colors and detail.

I would still fine adjust the settings for each image to find the right "Goldilocks zone"
