if it was just one person, I would write it off as someone recently changed their weapon or weapons runesocket. and lost the gained as lightning. multiple people is a strange coincidence though.

They are Djinn, not stormweavers. neither have any "gain % damage as extra lightning damage". neither have weapon swaps set up.. yeah. opening up in pob. don't see any hidden sources of lit damage for repulsion wave.
