I just started doing the gathering and crafting jobs. Do I need to do Ishgard restoration at all now or does cosmic exploration replace it as being more efficient?

The MSQ starts setting up a new villain and a big lore drop. The new villain looks cool, seen some good cosplays already. The Dawntrail extreme trial mount looks really good. Was grinding PF for it and just got it last week.
