i guess the highlight of eps6 is seeing krennicSorta watched 4-6 after night shift, half asleep. I can't recall what happened beyound some fake heist, lesbo death and should've been a handyMAN with a wrench some-thing art piece. Great acting all around.

and, they had the choice of which lesbo to kill and they chose the dei one to boot!
which was stupid b/c it would have been a little more impactful if the white lesbo died then monmothma could see the consequences

It's an "espionage" show with no espionage this season. The very first scene is of him waltzing into a top secret test facility and scooting off with an experimental Tie Fighter. The analogy to this is me walking into Area 51 and hopping into an Aurora without anyone checking my ID.
I'm just not feeling it like s1. It seems like the empire is taking many ekstra steps to mine this planet. Silly plot, no stakes. Just plant a destroyer. Mine. Implosion boom. Done.
I more or less gave up on the show after that.

I think the empire strategic meeting thing is actually pretty interesting. I'm guessing the power generation they're talking about is 100% for the death star. But probably NO ONE except Krennic have any idea the Death Star exists or what it's purpose is. So basically all these people are basically doing evil deeds because they think it's for the betterment of the Empire and its citizens.
It's a very cool take on how the Death Star got built rather than just "Evil Army Make Super Weapon".

This season is not as slow as the show's starting arc but they haven't hit high notes like S1 on any of the plotlines (yet). We're seeing pieces being moved around the board as plays are being made but not any large triumphs. Who can you trust, who is smart vs who is stupid, who is in the dark. But no epiphany/revelation moments only pawns and mid pieces taken down.
I think it would have been interesting if they had Syril spot Andor from a distance but never catch up to him and confirm.

Episode 9 would have had more tension if it was more than just Andor and Mothma (who we both know get out of there just fine) together trying to make it out of the Senate.
Going to be honest, I'm having a hard time guessing what the last arc is. I'm not familiar with the cartoons / Jedi Survivor games, but Saw breaks off from working with the Rebellion as a whole and gets more fucked up prior to Rogue One, yes? Beyond that and Mon / Bail / Andor / K2S0 / Krennic / Draven? surviving, literally anything is on the table, yes?
Edit: Actually loaded up Rogue One to check out Saw's status in that movie (he has fully robot legs, which I don't recall seeing last wek) and he's introduced ranting about spies everywhere, so I imagine we'll have some rebel cells / actions countered by the ISB, leading to some character deaths - gotta work Dedra and Partagaz in somehow.
The more I think about it, the less the Bix separation lines up for me - I thought Andor and Jyn had romantic tension by the end of Rogue One. I'm hoping they don't go with the stereotypical "Final scene with Bix reveals she's raising Andor's kid" route.

Wait, there is another arc? Was that not the end? It kind of sucked as an ending because it felt like there was a little more to be done yet even before Rogue One. This show was supposed to be 5 seasons. I wish it would have been. Despite the feel of politics incorporated into the show, it still is easily the best thing that has come out for Star Wars in a long time. I wanted to see the relationship between him and the droid develop, and clearly something happens to Bix that allows for feelings for Jyn to develop in the movie Rogue One.
That ended with a lot of space in between.....
