Polyps? You're talking colon cancer? Colon cancer is another beast. If you're at risk, screening is indeed a good idea. I don't think very many people do not die of their colon cancer if left untreated.

It looks like 95% of the prostate cancer are benign, so it seems the correct, and current way to deal with it, is to not look for it unless there are symptoms. You don't want to reduce your life expectancy by taking serious cancer treatment for something that won't bother you and much less kill...

Half of 90 years old have prostate cancer. Very few die of it. Only 2% of men die of it. Would seem to be one of the least dangerous and to progress very slowly in the vast majority of case. To the point that screening isn't recommanded in most cases.

You'll need to do a little bit of work What would you like to improve? For example : fuck it's summer, my allergies are back. Get on quercetine, nac, iodine and some b vitamine. Then fuck it's autumn i'm going to get sick again, you start on vitamine C, D, zinc, copper and maybe some green tea...

It's probably better to rotate your vitamin rather than taking the same all the time. I know chinese doctors like to give a different prescription for each season. Intuitively it seems a good idea.

The older you get, the more you'll appreciate the help in recovery. Supplement in collagen in your 20's might not be optimal, but in your 40's that's another story. It can really do wonders on muscle and joint pain.

Yeah in mankind's history people definitely used to eat the exact same amount of calories every day. That's how our body is supposed to work! Considering the various beneficial mechanisms triggered by fasting, it's a bit silly to not do it on occasion, and therefore you need also to run a...

I always drift back to old, and bad, habits. That's the natural thing to do... brain sees available food, brain wants it. That's where fasting is magical. A few days of fasting resets everything. And I believe it to be better anyway, to alternate fasting period for waste elimination and then...

With high blood calcium you might want to add k2 to D intake.

This is a bit suboptimal, as the optimal is around 200-230 but fasting will temporarily increase TC and decrease HDL, I guess if you've been in 500+ caloric restriction for weeks you could be in a state similar to fasting, so you might have normalized you cholesterol already, you'll know in a...

Sounds like you did everything right. How 'high' is your cholesterol ? When you're that much in calorie deficit for an extended period of time, might be wise to not work out hard, but just increase light exercice, like simply walking more. You just need to signal your body you need your...

It's too hard to be 'deep' in keto for an extended period of time, and not clear you should. That's why most people moved away from it. If you're on/off you're already doing better than most people doing keto, but in fact are just low carb, but not enough to actualy be in ketosis. And it...

Eating properly is indeed difficult, but it's not something you can't manage. 250g of Steak one meal, 4 eggs and 100g of Ham/Sardine the other and you're at 120g of protein, which should be enough for building muscle, and definitely a whole lot better for your health in the long run than protein...

This one is a frankenfood why 30+ ingrededients, it's both whey protein and has a bunch of vitamin added. I guess if you're taking it for a couple of weeks as a supplement, maybe it could be beneficial, but I guess that would be as bad as any other ultraprocessed meat in the long run.
