I'm about the same. 14 hours in and about that same gear score. I tried to unlock the Herbarium in my Abeyance realm but I'm not high enough gear score I guess. In old videos the UI used to tell you what gear score / hope score you needed for the site's of power but I'm not seeing that here...

So far about 4 hours in and no server crashes or disconnects. At least for my box performance and FPS are great. I am using DLSS.

The everything respawning was also a weird choice to me but I was playing solo. Ultimately the game was just to vanilla to hold my interest. I'm not a big builder either though. I got my 6 NPCs and more or less had seen enough.
