    That brings up an interesting question. Day break will get THJ source code from discovery. Can they take it and implement the exact server, making it even better because it will scale to Live? I'll go on record as to the next TLP, 2 classes not 3 like THJ multi classing.

    What would be interesting to see is during this process THJ gets information like revenue off micro transactions, subscriber count, subscribers per credit card or payment source, expansions sold by user etc.

    THJ gets to keep running but has to place any revenue not used to keep the lights on in am escrow account. Also they have to report all cash to DB each week. They're also taking the source code, so live EQ might get better.

    THJ needs to have Zaide testify as an expert witness. He can let the jury and judge known that the lack of interest is self inflicted. This could turn into a clown fest. Edit, they show useres online on the server select like old school EQ. Typically 3k users on at any one time.

    Does daybreak release subscription information through the parent company during disclosures? THJ needs to request subscription info for the past 4 years then leak it so we have proof they've ran the game into the ground.

    It was in the EQ category on twitch and the people streaming THJ had far more viewers then any EQ streamer. They had to know this was coming and have some type of plan. The server is off line for now?
