THJ was doing 1.5-2 months per expansion update up till the current one which was already 2 months old and the next one was slated to be 8 months out largely cause they didn't want to infringe on the new TLP release. So they did take steps to avoid conflict at least.

Caster in this is like caster in EQ, can just sit somewhere and have the rest of the group auto kill for you, check in every now and then to loot.

Yea, the mage pet is stupid tanky and BL pet with a holy hand keeps it healed majority of the time when it does take damage.

Made back the plat I spent on signets and now just only doing a Seru +4 on the bard petcuck and 3-4 Keras. Petcuck is so ridiculously strong with PoP gear it didn't even need to cast a single heal on my last 2 Serus.

Haven't done any AAing in a while but I see people in /ooc doing PoFire groups all the time so I assume it's not terrible. Another good choice is to flag to tactics and grind there, not sure about the AA rate but you can pick up armor fragment augs there that sell well or to use yourself.
