Have you tried just getting any IAS 1.6 base claw or sword? Literally thats the only stat on it, high IAS. Its probably 4-5x as good as wings. The more AS on the main hand swing vs the crit on the offhand, doesnt the offhand speed kill the "feel"?

Im not a fan of the current arc. Gear 5 is way too goofy and the animation is terrible. Dressrosa is best arc, Fujitora is best character.
