Take a look at 'Pacific Chill' or 'Afternoon Swim' (Louis Vuitton). I'd recommend a clone from Montagne (amazing clone house), Dua (great clone house), Jean Lowe, Luciano, Rayhan, or Alexandria (great clone house). I also gave you a good list to start above but seems to have been ignored.

Toilet paper square definitely doesn't help. I feel using real fragrance test strips or a medium-ply piece of paper does make a difference. I have absolutely no scientific backing but anything with somewhat high absorption rate like toilet paper I feel would really kill a scent.
