It’s because everyone was expecting a THJ clone, which like several emus out right now, is built more like an arpg. EQL appears to be much slower paced while still offering multi class and the ability to solo raid content but it won’t be as facerollable as THJ.

EQNag has had that feature for a while now.

Secrets in a role being managed by someone else is probably the sweet spot. An unmanaged Secrets is not ideal for the success of the game.

Some of these newer members are just people that came over during THJ era and all they do is bitch that nothing will ever be as good as THJ, not realizing that Secrets wrote the multi-class code and the rest was shit largely borrowed/massaged from the past 20 years of emulators. Some are vets...
