yup, those nec/dru pet buffs are so nice. i could always tell how good a time i was going to have in a group based on how long i took me to explain to the dru/nec to drop their pet so i could have the buff.

I only join xp groups now when I get invited to a deep aoe group. Thankfully I get them fairly often as a cleric / monk. The idea of sitting in GE without an xp bonus is painful.

Leveling is the worst without a guild. I have met some pretty cool people in pickup groups, but mostly it’s just people not pulling their weight and making poor class choices when finding reps.
