This game is intriguing. Looks like a janky BotW meets Witcher with extra exploration and less story. Assuming a few patches will smooth out bugs and controls and I’ll dive in. I’m too addicted to Arc Raiders right now anyways to try and take on a massive single player open world rpg.

If exploration is fun and a key high point of the game, I might give it a shot. Why do the bushes and trees always look like it’s a hurricane though? That’s got to be distracting with them blowing all directions like crazy all the time.

One big UI problem example is some items have the exact same icon and symbols but when you mouse over them the pop text explains very different things they do or different stats. Is that how it is in Arc Raiders too, and that’s why you don’t think the UI is that bad?

Not sure if it's been posted here, but you can help with the terrible sluggish controls a bit by tweaking the settings. FoV 105, look sensitivity 5, radial and axial dead zones 0.2. Not perfect, but it feels a lot better to me and was pretty comfortable to settle into after Destiny controls...

Do shells ever level up and get better/new abilities or increased stats? I’ve yet to find any shells specific loot, but I’d assume that’s how your character evolves and until then you can play any shell that fits your playstyle interchangeably?
