Update: the stabby stabby rares in breaches will hit you with corrupted blood. Probably worth getting immunity if you plan on running unstable +rares strat. Also look out of for the CB runes in Expeditions, don't want that transferring if you don't have immunity.

has anyone encountered the fucking unkillable runic scorpions in grand expeditions? Its not regen, they have a blue health bar, but no amount of damage will do any amount of damage whatsoever. But somehow they are like 50% health and randomly eventually lose a chunk of health or rune or whatever...
