The mana regen buff is significant. I was getting 28 mana a tick back this morning without brilliance. Last night before the patch I was getting 23 mana per tick with brilliance.

The swarm pets are like maintenance/DoT things. You summon two of them and they fight for a bit. They’re different from the normal pet.
