Yes you rebirth as a new class and get their AA's. Up to a total of 4 classes, 3 rebirths.

Should try Perkycrew EQEmulator Allakhazam Its kind of THJ, full solo experience multi class. Only get the spells and skills from the first class you pick.

He needs hours under a master to be able to take the Journeyman test for his license most likely. Plumbers and electricians here in Michigan need documented hours to be able to take the tests. I assume its the same in most states.

That looks more like plaster, shouldnt really matter just the chipped away area is the base coat and not wall board.
