So what's the "endgame" for this? Anything like D3 Rifts/PoE maps?

I dunno, DkS2 controlled like shit for me; bosses had laser-guided tracking and your character felt like shit unless you dumped points into adp.

Trails of Cold Steel has been pretty good so far, enjoyable turn based combat for anyone looking for that. You don't necessarily had to have played the PC games on Steam either, there are some minor references to things but nothing major.

Trails games on the PC were pretty good; the first one is a bit of a slow burn, it's all about the characters and dialogue. But it's worth it imo, characters are all pretty likeable. Ordered my physical PS3 copy of Cold Steel from Best Buy, Amazon is surprisingly out of stock for it.

Just got back, was pretty good overall. Mostly agree with the points about JJ trying to much to play it "safe" with this film, as well as the fast-ish pacing. Had no issues with the characters, effects where pretty good; really do appreciate the real sets. Wish Han got more of a send off then...

Well the collection stuff would be one thing, but the fucking kill these mobs for collection quests and the map not showing you where to even hunt for them is ???. I mean they show you where to go for normal kill quests, not sure why they didnt here. The music thing is mostly the city...

I was pretty excited for this but after getting near the end of the game here I'd have to give it a 7.5/10. I like the game but has some large flaws, mostly in the story/character department. Game is also alot more grindy then I was expecting, pretty much have to play with a guide if you want...

Yeah music during cutscenes is really annoying, sometimes it drowns out what the characters are saying.

Voice acting is mostly fine, couple NPCs sound like your typical generic actor but the VAs for the "main" characters are ok. The VA you pick for your avatar is mostly how he/she sounds calling out stuff during battle, you aren't actually voiced during cutscenes.

Looking forward to playing through again, the whole time I was playing this on ps3 I was like "Man, if only this just looked/ran better!". Might go magic archer this time, played assassin/ranger on my ps3.

This looks about right; W3 and Bloodborne are nearly tied for me but was very surprised with how much I ended up enjoying W3. Wasn't exactly a huge fanboy of the first two Witcher games but loved the 3rd.

Anyone know if gauss rifles fire fully charged shots in VATS?

I bought a basic combat shotgun off a vendor in diamond city; modded it with a drum magazine and it has 32 shots before reload heh. Like you early on I farted around and didnt get to diamond city, once you do some more weapon types open up off the vendors there.

Yeah my experience with VATS is similar to hodj; I like the more RPG aspect of vats, and I do find it useful in multiple enemy encounters.

I'm assuming rifleman applies to single shot laser rifles? Found a new one to replace my laser musket, not sure how this game qualifies semi-auto weapons.

Been playing with a x360 contoller, works pretty well though I use VATS alot.

Anyone play with high luck for the crit perks? wondering how it's working out, still not 100% sure on my starting build heh.

I'm just waiting to hear where you actually access the DLC ingame. I have my original characer in NG+, think I only beat the first couple bosses then took a break. I have all those doped soul consumables and upgrade stones on him too so I can just powerlevel myself with those.
