Eli is my top choice if he's playing against the Pats...although if Rahim Moore is on the opposing D then it would be Flacco. Otherwise in normal situations I take Brady. Bringing up the rear is Romo, just behind Rivers (who at least has played in a Conference Championship Game).

They are easy targets, but the media uses just as many positive spin stories on Dallas' chances before the seasons start as they do all the negative ones after the seasons are over.

The difference is Romo's were always in those vital games that could have led to the playoffs and were the most soul-crushing. That meme should never die...partly because it's hilarious, and partly because his always seemed to be the most meaningful.

Time to rethink some predictions. Vikings are for real, that D is scary enough to give Bradford time to not feel pressure to do it all himself. Eagles/Wentz are for real, same thing basically save Wentz has looked completely pro ready. Eagles new favorites far and away in NFC East.
