In terms of the E3 reveal, the riot shield will take a primary weapon slot. That should make for some interesting tradeoffs and make close range stuff more viable (since in theory you can use the shield to get to cover vs. long range attackers).

You could make big vehicles a special drop, like care packages in Pubg/Fortnite, with limited ammo. Trade off is while the vehicle is powerful, you're basically advertising your whereabouts to the entire game and effective management of your resources will be needed even more than normal.
