The world is, due to female channelers tending to wield a lot of political power, from the Aes Sedai in the White Tower, to the Aiel Wise Ones, all the way down to village Wisdoms. But, the books/story was more balanced.

Right, but in RU/KR the catchup mechanic gets you to 1302, so those GS gaps aren't a big deal. Plus, have to remember that there are weird jumps in GS for some stupid reason, so those gaps aren't as big as they seem.

The prices I saw were much lower than that. Like 400-800 range. And we're talking gold at tier 3. Having one extra alt doing tier 3 raids every week would pay for itself quickly. The One Power is pretty much elemental magic, Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Spirit. So, yes. Females tend to be stronger in Air and Water, but Moiraine is one of the strongest females (for now) and has an angreal, which is something that enhances the amount of Power you can use.
