I started up at the beginning of sept. I got to 70 and all the pvp gear after couple weeks. AV's were pretty much instantaneous. Got myself a 2 hander and a sword and board, and all the armor. Just getting into wrath now. But I agree, the decision to remove the 50% bonus to xp was shortsighted...

Sounds like you want to play wow but without playing wow first. Wow is free, you just pay the sub. you don't have to buy any expansions. How did you buy the game? it's free for classic/tbc/wrath, you just need a sub or token.

I think the use of MQ increased after it went open source. And this is a reaction to that increase. Getting banned can lead to either repeating the offense or, as they hope, stopping that person from cheating again.

What if all the bans had to do with selling krono on the grey market? And nothing to do with cheating at all.

Seems the company with no play nice policy is no longer playing nice.

There are no rules. Each server is different. But i was talking about the new regular server. That should be close to agnarr and mischief in xp. Although I think JChan is aiming for making the long journey into a small jaunt. OOC regen at release sounds awesome.

I have not played on a new server that just has all the content open from the start for about 15 years. I think the last one was the euro servers. I remember making a shit ton of money making Steins of Madjunk. Having PoK open at the beginning makes questing a lot more fun.

They are just testing the waters to see what they should release. And they will tweak it. Why would they want to release a server that no one plays on. They know the people that still love EQ. They will milk them.

Some people are just angry with their lot in life and lash out at everyone they feel is better than them. A lot of broken people love and play EQ, myself included. Just ignore the angry ones.
