I played in Faceless on Lockjaw and Agnarr. I think I played at the best time to experience the TLP servers. Seems that nowadays the experience has been ruined with kronolord shenanigans and just general player toxicity. I was just one of the faceless scrubs, but everything seemed to be okay...

It takes about 30 mins to reach lvl 10 in the new starting area. Maybe longer, it goes by really fast. They say it takes like 20 hours to reach lvl 50.
