Well, they had just described all the new stuff before that roadmap slide. Hyjal is not going to be CoT Hyjal that was in TBC where it's just a flashback essentially, it'll be entirely new content.

I have a hard time not going back to Classic leveling in some form just when I need to have some "cozy" gameplay to veg to. It's just insanely relaxing to me and I'm really looking forward to doing that again with some new shit.

There is new content at launch, including leveling zones and dungeons. There are new raids by December. The new dungeons/raids past that I believe are beyond the ones they've already announced.
