Such garbage compared to D1. Warmind DLC comes out 1 week from today, with some improvements to the overall game (even for those that don't buy the dlc), so hopeful it recaptures some of the D1 magic...but not getting my hopes up.

I heard there was a Ryu costume event at the arena so I tried it. The mega sized Barroth was such BS with his hitboxes. I beat him but not doing it 6x more to get enough tickets for the costume. Oh well, good way to get the gold crown for Barroth if you need it.

You are just a few fights from things really opening up and unlocking new tiers of upgrades and slots (I just got there last night and only beat st Diablos for the first time Thursday)

I just assumed with low defense my palico would be spending all of his time laying on the ground or dead or whatever instead of using his gadgets. Figured high defense keeps him doing his job.

Just did the grimalkyne or whatever quest in coral highlands. Found the 3 riding the lizards, went to their camp with them and was told to kill 2 whatevers (the flash monster). Killed 2 and went back to their camp to complete but the quest wouldn’t complete. Any idea what I did wrong?

Beta for MHW was my first MH game ever. Lots of fun even though I suck and just mash buttons. From what I read, the entire game can be played solo or multiplayer. No content is restricted to one or the other.
