This is a new subdivision, most homes built within the 3-4 years. There are smaller homes 3 bed, 2 bath that sold recently for $130 sqft, some similar sqft as mine that sold for between $125 and $130. Some much bigger in sq feetzt around $120.

Going off most data, does mean that if homes in my neighborhood are selling for $130 a sqft that my house would probably appraise for around that?

Kid made the flight ok. First 10 minutes of the 1st flight, screaming right when we boarded. I thought shit, we're those people. Calmed down and then fell asleep before take off. 2nd leg, no issues, fell asleep about 15 minutes after takeoff.

I have charter and they don't have data caps and my service has been pretty good overall. As part of the deal, Charter had to agree to no data caps for at least 3 years. Since TWC was bigger, its possible that their corporate culture will take over Charter but that remains to be seen I guess.

Motrin will help that. We've been lucky, our kid doesn't seem to be bothered by teething. He'll chew more but its not the constant crying. He was getting 3 at one time and a dose of motrin seemed to keep him through the night.
