The fact that the game has collision may change the way we loook at the combat. Shields that actually block you from getting to casters might be the number one reason they didnt want dedicated healers.

Salvage level 3 and War mill level 3 seem to have made big crates of salvage quite amazing. I have gained 2 665 boe epics from crates and 3 645 follower items in just under a week with both at level 3. I also recommend getting 3 followers to 645 asap so you can get the 665 high maul raid gear...

Steamwheedle cartel is by far the fastest. Did it yesterday in 4 hours, use group finder under custom for steam. You do a full cycle of rare mobs leave and reform at Garrog on a fresh server with someone new as lead.

Gotta disagree here, as a tank the proving grounds silver/gold really do a good job of teaching someone to tank. You have to peel the healer, while controlling multiple waves of mobs. You can argue its not a huge sample to go on, but your skill as a tank is tested. If someone can silver proving...
