Motes only drop from mobs that would give XP and the harder the mob (yellows and reds, for instance) the higher the chance of a mote drop. Also, higher difficulty dungeons will drop higher value motes. Best way to get motes and AAs is to swap out one class and restart at lvl 10, but do D2-D4...

That's exactly what I did. But, when backstab, Tiger Strike, and Round Kick all hit each round it took like 30-40% of the endurance bar. Within 2 or 3 mobs you're stuck using Balance. And the poisons seems pretty underwhelming too. I'm definitely going to run Ranger again, but getting into SK...

Vox with the cleric giant add is tough that early on. I did it at 45, same with Naggy. But, I didn't have a charm class in the trio.
