I've only decided I'm playing Shaman lol. Horde or Alliance PVE... this is annoyingly difficult. Might just roll Alliance as that is what I actually want to play this time. For the relative future anyway.

Bro the guy immediately to the right of where the boat drops you off has a SW mage portal right there.

They will need to tune rage generation some. Protection generates a ton more rage than Fury or Arms at the same level, for example.

Also I just now realized that Orcs have two racial cooldowns and one is a 15% magical damage reduction. Wuuuut?

Then come back when you are the level for the South Barrens and bathe in the blood of Quilboars. They added a ton of Quillboar stuff in the Barrens from what I saw.

I never had an issue with the Durotar->Barrens route. There is definitely a lot more running around there than Silverpine Forest though, that is for sure. You just need to make sure you do RFC and all the dungeons in this version I guess.

I mean on paper it should not be hard to find a guild if we just roll Alliance (I want to as well). But I would like to not just go in with nobody else I know on the faction. As stupid as that sounds.

Really every group of people I play games with is all over faction and ruleset with zero consensus on anything. It has been maddening. I am not looking to find some super organized crew from the get go. But I would like to hit up Onyxia or whatever raid in December is coming.

This is something I feel. I have been a heads down SWE coding since 2012 when I entered the industry. There is no task in this space you could give me that would challenge me. It feels no different than chopping wood. Changing architecture and team processes and stuff is what interests me...

Make no mistake here all of the profession bonuses in Forever were taken almost 1:1 from Epoch. Forever is taking all the best ideas they could find and polishing them up.
