I'm guessing you aren't married.

I have about a 12 year olds grasp on science but I thought the deal with light speed is that your mass or weight or whatever continues to increase the faster you go, thus requiring more power, etc.

In the books they were straight.

Love this show. I never read these comics, did not even know they existed, so I'm going about this backwards, same way I did with Preacher, in that I ordered the compendium volume 1 and have been working my way through it. Great stuff so far but shocking that William is straight and Amber is...

Was there a ghost blowjob scene in this one?

Actually rooting for Rex! This show is awesome and surprising. Disney should take heed.

I was never so proud of my son when he asked me to turn off one of the early episodes of Obi Wan where the Leia kid actress was running through the woods trying to get away from a Red Hot Chili Pepper. We never watched the show again and haven't watched any Star Wars shows since.

Kristen Wiig sucks.

Subnautica VR is the greatest gaming experience I have ever had. The team didn't even design that game with VR in mind, but everything about it just works. There is absolutely a killer app for VR, it just hasn't been made yet. I hope it does get made, would be sad if VR dies (again) and...

Let's hope they adapt all the Brian Herbert books next, amirite?!?

More progress than the entire dev team made in the past several years...

The Thing did escape, you just don't know it yet.

We did, the guy next to me kept trying to drink his beer every time there was a fight scene and kept getting a jet of compressed air in his face and was spilling beer everywhere.

All true, and the Anthem is great, but I feel I'm at the point of diminishing returns, also my eyes keep getting shittier every year so I bought a pair of distance glasses and keep them in the theater room. Current projector is an Epson LS12000 and because it is laser instead of bulb based I'll...

I spent around 3k to upgrade my "old" 1080p Onkyo 7.2 receiver to a 4k Atmos Anthem processor and I have to say, even on a 10' wide screen, the 1080p looked awesome. Yes the 4k HDR is sharper but is it worth thousands of dollars more? Not really.

Movie was excellent. It was all of our first time in a M4DX showing. I think they should have had more product merch for the showing. The theater could have had exsanguinated Harkonnen cocktails, etc. $$$

Rewatching the 1980 series for old times sake. For a tv show there is a surprisingly sharp 1080p version of it available, it looks like they spent the money to shoot it on film: Shogun bluray set review

Spice flavored.

All will be explained in S2.

I can't believe this actually got made. Also cannot believe Cate Blanchett agreed to be in it. One final paycheck before she retires maybe.

Reminds me of this chick but not nearly as hot:

Die Hard on a space station!

I've seen BoB many times but The Pacific only the one time when it first came out. Just started re-watching it, 3 episodes in so far and it is much better the second time around. I think when it came out in 2010 it was too close in my mind and I was directly comparing it to Band of Brothers...

That is why I'm predicting (probably wrongly) that Giamatti wins for Holdovers. It isn't about the movie or his performance, it is about his history and it's his turn.

Paul Giamatti was robbed years ago not getting Oscar for Cindarella Man, I think they give it to him this time.

Seems fine so far but I was hoping for Band of Brothers levels of epic and this can't polish BoB's boots. At this point I don't know if anything will ever be as good as Band of Brothers. Show was perfect.

He's come to kick ass and eat honey, and he's fresh out of honey.

Yeah but those Navy SEALS were so badass, right?

Exactly. I'm shit at math but for those of us who played EQ hasn't it been closer to 25 years?

The Godfather. Haven't seen it in about 20 years. Still a 10/10. Probably enjoyed it more this time than the first time I saw it. Maybe a perfect movie. Maybe the perfect movie.

How fucking bad of a writer you must be if you can't make a show with both Godzilla and Jack Burton of Pork Chop Express fame, even remotely entertaining.

This movie is the prequel to The Happening.

Started watching it last night, reminds me a lot of Jupiter Ascending.

Also a spaceship shaped like boobs. Haven't watched this yet but hoping for a boobship.

Are dicks the new pussies?

Oh, there was a reason...

I hope the hottie from S01 is back.

I feel like they really expanded the universe there right at the end where the cunty lady got boarded by the religious zealots straight out of a Warhammer campaign.
