Shit I forgot about Mr. Robot. Even Suits has been decent this season. Hope lives.

Nothing. We'll have ~8-9 months of GoT discussion in the spoiler thread.

Ravens and Colts colluding? http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/13...ated-footballs

Watching Deadliest Catch tonight was hilarious. All the boats watching/listening to the Super Bowl and they're all like "WHY DID THEY THROW IT???"

Must be the first time ever a dude got capped by a guy watching an exit.

Chris Andersen, aka "Birdman". Plays with the Heat. Pretty much why Ricky made the Lebron made the right choice in going back to Cleveland crack.

I doubt it, they've gone too far trying to portray a real bond between Frank and Ray. Frank seemed genuinely pissed that Blake fed him a false name for who raped Velcoro's wife.

Considering she said she was absolutely not going to testify to anything, not a whole lot of help backing up their case. She didn't even want to go with her sister, but realized she would be in danger otherwise so was forced to go.

Yeah, I'm ready to see the finish now.

Watching VV do Red was satisfying.

I'm still getting over my excitement at his casting as ANYONE in the show to worry about who it will be specifically.

Considering they split SoS into two seasons kind of makes sense

It did seem odd how he never struggled to move around at all, or even held his ribs as if in pain one time. I mean that's what happened right?

We just see that more in the books than the show by far. Not sure what the future plans more but I find him turning his back on Cersei in the books very enjoyable.

I think he respects Brienne, and in some ways wishes he had some of that purity of purpose she does (or seems to, at least). Definitely something there, but I don't think he's got the full blown feels for her. I don't remember boner either. Astro or...?

See in the show, they're still kind of clinging to the fact she was in love with Renly, or at least, the IDEA she had of Renly after he was kind to her at the one party. Obviously back in Season 2/3 when her and Jaime were traveling back to KL you could tell she was getting it in the feels, but...

Fucking Pens signed Eric Fehr to a 3 year deal around ~$2M per. Also unloaded Sutter for Bonino and Clendenning, along with swapping a 3rd round pick for a 2nd. Great trade for them. Metro is going to be stacked this year.

The one line from the show was pretty good, when Qyburn is justifying his methods by noting how many people his research has saved. He asks Jaime how many lives he has killed/saved.

I feel like the only real benefit they got out of Ani going in was that she found the missing girl and was able to grab her.

Velcoro still killing it. VV was better this episode, although getting played by the Mexicans seemed almost too obvious. Feel like he wouldn't be walking point into their place either just after an initial check by his bearded hench...let alone just 5 of them going to meet the girl after he...

I feel like the books leave this theory as far more plausible than the show has. Not having the scene (unless they plan to do it next season) where Cersei sends the note to Jaime to come fight for her and he throws it in the fire is a big deal as far as his character development goes. Show...

I should have clarified, because even if he goes down the next guy was still taking as many/more sacks a game last year. Hopefully whoever is at QB stays upright for at least part of the games.

Hopefully to not take 5+ sacks a game.

$6.1 a year for a goalie hurts though. We have just a bit below $5M left under the cap, and you have to figure Johannson is going to get somewhere in the 4.25-4.75 a year range. Think GMBM wanted to have at least a $1M cushion for whatevs or just to bank up as the year went on to be able to...

General feeling I got is that we hired the right guy for GM, but hope he can get something done in 3+ years. Anyone who thinks this year is "the" turnaround year is nuts. 8-8 would be an amazing record for the team this year.

Will see.

Just not exaggerated sarcasm. On the other front, if Jon really was the heir apparent (and I use that phrase loosely given revelation it has to be bestowed) to Dawn, why would the books and show have made such a big deal of Mormont giving Longclaw to Jon? Would seem odd to have the legacies...

Good lord you are dumb as fuck.

He thinks Velcoro ran a marathon with cracked ribs on TD as well.

Great news

Well...that's just the amount they put in with the arbitrator. Zero chance they think he gets that much. Or they're fucking crazy.

This. If it was a 3 year deal or even a 4 year deal, wouldn't look nearly as much of an overpayment.

Can still have people thinking it's just for a funeral/flashback scene. Then poof, Jon Targ is alive and well, so they didn't lie "from a certain point of view" about "Jon Snow" being dead.

Plus he was so awesome as the killer in Disturbia.

VV was better this week, but it just seems odd to spend so much time on the baby drama unless it all comes to a head and forces him to make a choice or choices at some point in relation to it. Otherwise story all started coming together, surprising that as the season goes on they tie threads...

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK why do they leave it on that. Damnit. One issue I had with this episode, why the fuck did they cut to the random scene with Kitsch and his baby mama and her mom in the middle of Frank and his wife having their little talk about where they stood. Still agree there's a...

Weird, season progresses, stories get tied together. Velcoro realizing he killed the wrong man was fucked up. Guess I was wrong about the wedge between him and VV earlier, but the fact he fingered the wrong man makes me think shit will go down between him. Betting Velcoro will turn over what...

There could be any reason the killer/s would want to use Velcoro, and given that it was VV who sent him to that location in the first place what happened could easily be used to drive a wedge between Velcoro and VV...which might be the whole point. Honestly while he still reports in, it's clear...

I admit I was just assuming they'd have a story for each side, even if it is a time jump and if they have some "common enemy" I'd assume they'd still split it into their own flavor. If it's just 1 that's even worse.

Yeah while I don't think the contract they signed for Oduya was all that bad (or at least, as bad a deal as I thought some GM might give Oduya), his advanced stats showed him to quite clearly be the worst of Chicago's top 4 D last year, and it wasn't close. That said he's still a veteran guy...
