Every now and then, I just log into EQ and just run around FoB for the nostalgia. I was shit at the game when I started, so I spent a goddamn eternity in there and Kurn's, but damn it feels just like home.

Yeah, I’ve enjoyed watching playthroughs because of this and basically been doing the Leo pointing meme at a bunch of the old stuff is forgotten about that was foreshadowing recent story.

I feel like there's a million things to craft, but I have no idea when I'd use any of it and I haven't even looked at half of it. I did craft some little throwing bones because I needed some ranged shit, though.

Alright, how the fuck does guard counter work? I've been using a shield this whole time, but I have no idea how to do it or what it looks like.

I don't know shit about stonks, but I have a few hundo sitting around to trade with. Anything I can take advantage of today or have I missed the boat pretty much? Is it worth hopping into some more energy shit now, or is it going to probably come back down?

Newp. Not that I saw anyway. There is a talisman up in the rafters, but I think that was it. There's a staircase up there as well, but it's higher than the rafters and I don't know how to bring it down or otherwise get to it.

So, I ran past him and all of his shit and went to the top of the tower in the rafters, and worked my way back down through all the spawned spirits and shit like that. I was at this for over an hour. I got this motherfucker to his last teleport around the upper ring. I'm out of flasks, I had...

Seriously, the feints are frustrating as fuck and it seems like fucking everything does them to such an extreme degree.

Didn’t realize you can also mark sites on that list as well.

I…totally forgot about tree sentinel… maybe I should go back and get him at some point.

Shit I leveled to 50 and I’m still just throwing random shit at things. Works most of the time, sometimes I just instantly explode.

Hasn’t it been this way for quite a while?

Barely view this thread, so not sure if this channel's been posted before, but along a similar vein this dude's restoration videos suddenly popped up in my feed (maybe because I was looking at DIY gaming tables? IDK) but goddamn, the love and care and skill that he puts into these items. And...

No Atari or anything cool here. Had this Socrates system instead. I don't remember any of the games on it, but I do remember constantly taking the controllers in and out of it because they fit so snuggly.

Account settings->Privacy settings, BTW to turn this shit off. Fuck having it be opt-out instead of opt-in, though. Fuck companies that do this shit.

I never minded B3. The prices here weren’t too bad, really, and our location never had a problem with service. Was a good time for the Super Bowl one year as well, where they did a bunch of giveaways and a bunch of discounted specials. Also some Dr Pepper cocktail that I can’t remember the...

I was already prepared to hate it, since I just fucking hate the 20s and mafia shit and just don’t care for noir in general. But yeah, I hate all the aesthetics of this shit. Also I guess Elspeth is a fucking flapper or some shit.

The red X one I believe just means you aren't currently able to summon (either have cap already or are currently waiting for someone to show up and can't try to summon someone else).

Man, I remember people bragging about having a T1/T3 line and I started asking my dad if we could get one at our house. Was always jealous of the folks who were starting to get cable, too. I, too, always hugged the shit out of that wall just in case. West Cabilis in general always felt...

Spent all of today literally doing nothing but fucking around on the Weeping Peninsula and I still haven't finished all the shit I've found. Knocked out the avatar, did the Morne Castle boss, couple of the dungeons, but still have 2 dungeons to go (that I've found, at least). Blows my mind how...

Fuck lobsters and their orbital fucking cannons. How the fuck do they have so much range?

In all the Elden Ring hubbub I missed this getting announced. Looks like they’re going open world again. My opinion of the franchise is at an all time low with how shit Sword and Shield turned out and how boring and ugly Arceus seems but that goddamn grass cat is sickeningly cute enough I may...

I did notice the target lock poofing, though, I thought it was just my shit controller (also, fuck this controller, the left stick click needs incredibly little pressure, so I'm constantly hopping off my horse or crouching in the middle of shit when I don't want to). Haven't run across the...

Yeah, I cannot seem to keep anyone during this boss fight. I summoned thirty some people between Margrit and Grafted fucker and never had a problem. I’ve had every summoner I’ve gotten go home around the phase 2 point (well except the times I miss my first dodge and eat shit).

No, his hit box is just aids and tiny.

I have had two crashes so far when I’ve tried to summon someone. Just had another dude return mid fight. I wonder if this room’s just so fucking big it’s possible to out range the people you summon or it bugs out maybe? IDK.

I hope the ninja turtle fucker I just summoned to help me with the fight and bailed halfway through chokes on a rusty cock.

I’m just getting cockblocked at Margit. Got my long sword with the bleed art on it, grabbing two summons to go in and just can’t kill this fuck. Soon as he goes into phase two just can’t seem to land hits on him anymore. I guess I just have to grind at this point, which is annoying since I can’t...

I don’t have a console and wanted the steel book that came with the Best Buy pre order.

According to some Reddit dudes calling Best Buy, they’ve run out of digital codes and have to wait to get more supplied to them. Looks like I might be SOL playing today. :( Husband’s trolling me during his play through with all the “this is awesome but you’ll have to wait and see” shit.

Still no digital code for me...some dude on Reddit said they spoke with someone from Best Buy and they were told to expect emailed digital codes within 24-48 hours... Going to be a little pissed if it takes that long, especially since my boss just gave me the rest of the day off since I had a...

Anyone else preorder from Best Buy and still not get their digital code yet? Or is the official release still a few hours out?

From the sound of it, whatever day 1 patch they had really screwed the pooch. I might just hold off until another patch rolls out. Don’t want to spoil the fun.

Shame these aren't on Switch. Playing these on PC just always feels weird as hell to me.

Never played 6, but folks seemed to always enjoy it. Worth a pickup on Steam for it's current sale price (I think like $15ish)? Or wait for it to go on sale later since Elden Ring and other stuff is coming out?

Looks like GameStop just shipped my CE and estimated for Friday. Dunno if I'm dumb, but I couldn't find a CE for the PC version, so got the XBox one for the husband. Went and pre-ordered my PC code from Best Buy to try for that Steelbook, but I might have been too late on that one.

Did they end up fixing the network hacks for this on PC? I thought people were assuming it had the same vulnerability as DS3 and I hadn’t heard anything on it in a while.
