It is a great server... wish I had more time to play. I'm going to get back into the swing of things eventually. Hate that population is fragmented between so many other emu servers. Now that EQMac was unplugged, this should be the "go to" server in my opinion.

I have to say I really enjoyed my time on EQ2 and think most people missed its best times. At launch, yeah, it was frustrating and SoE had been frustrating for awhile. Not to mention people had played EQ to death so with WoW's release it was not a surprise that people were not very forgiving...

jumped on today for the first time in awhile. Rolled a ranger for kicks... people in PoK, handing out buffs, very nice peeps on this server. Would love to see more people get on this server. Great server to get your occasional EQ fix.

This is the problem... the genre made into the mainstream part of the gaming industry and now it is all the big guys maintaining their mediocrity while the old school devs start flaking off and making their own, smaller companies thus spreading the talent pool thin and never getting anything off...

Gangs of New York was pretty good. Admittedly Daniel Day Lewis saved the movie but I really don't think I could categorize it something awful. I can understand some of the problems with Gangs of New York but DDL should have definitely won best actor in my opinion
