That's the prompt I used, with some modifications, you can tinker with it. Bing takes time to understand what you're after sometimes. Some of the weird tweaks are to force it to give a full body view, and even then it doesn't always work, it naturally tends to go for up close in your face shots...

I'm using Bing Image Creator, no particular settings or anything. It's a little unstable though, you have to tinker a bit when it acts up, I think the server is massively overloaded at times.
