How do you measure difficulty in an MMO? Outside of a PvP environment, it's not like this genre demands quick reflexes or much in the way of tactical thinking. The primary obstacle has always been time in these games.

Because this is an MMO, not a MMA match. The primary determination of the difficulty of a task is measured by how long it took to achieve it.

I don't think it's really mandatory that you have to be able to level from 1 to max in nothing but dungeons.

For all it's issues, I have a hard time coming up with more then a couple mmos I had more fun in than WAR.

As far as timing is concerned, pretty sure it's 2 years from the death of Jon Arryn (opening of season 1) to the Khaleesi mic drop as she takes the unsullied in Astapor. I don't know how long ago season 1 was actually filmed, but show time is only running a little behind real time at this point.

I try not to get too excited about MMOs since lately the vast majority play like a Barbie dress up sim, but if what you wrote is true, I may actually get excited about this one.
