If you read the comments under the IPT torrent there is also a lot of dieting information and other stuff that comes with the Yoga DVD's, so I'm sure there was more than just yoga involved with that dude. I'm still sure it helped him a TON though.

Tried my first keeper run and got a flame keeper on the first try. The expert dungeons are easy when I get healed to full every time I match gems lol.

Ok, I have a Great Valk (5*) and a lvl 30 Angel, so I've been leveling up a light team and have a bunch of evolved healers and knight things to go with them. Now, I just got a Kagutsuchi. How should I work this team? Should I create just a new red team? Or try to build up a red/light team?

I got the 2nd pull and it was crap, but right now I have a full dark team with lots of lvl 30/god dark friends. I like the fact that light orbs damage with the gryps also, so I'm not totally F'd if there's no dark orbs. I'll stick this one out for a bit and if my next 2-3 rolls go to shit too...

I once got a card pack from the crystals or whatever in the last event.

I just bought 4 santa's elves with HPs. For my deck it's a decent attack card at 17k+ attk with a skill I need and I'm in the process of skilling it up now. I haven't gotten any good cards since the event started from packs.
