Pretty much, anything that is BiS and somewhat rare will be worth a bunch of krono, 2nd BiS worth considerably less and everything else is peanuts. Even broke casuals are rolling around fully raid geared, it just might be the previous expac or the 3rd best item for that slot at that time.

Did the Cleric snare necklace a few times, both on Clerics and Troll Shaman, found it to be kinda overrated, slow cast, resists regularly and it's like the weakest snare in the game, better than nothing but I wouldn't bet my life on soloing in some dungeon with sow'd mobs with it. Stick to undead.

LOLMiragul IMO TSS is the latest they should launch a TLP. Ability bloat isn't too terrible that people shouldn't be overwhelmed if they never played that late. There's a leveling path from 1-75 that people may not have experienced, or not for many years.
