All of these cards are damn slow. Every non aggro deck is gonna be 2x chow and emp at this rate. Is that how you want this game to be?

When I see it hang I just kill it right away and I get back in every time. I don't wait at all to see if it comes back or anything.

haha @ using a removal spell on sylvanas. Freeze mage wrecking it obv. May tweak a bit but I don't see how it isn't the preferred deck here.

Make whatever deck you can but there's only one good rogue deck and its one of the hardest in the game to play well.

It hasn't seen much play and takes 11 mana without emp (so you need emp..) but the out-of-nowhere 20 face damage velen -> 2x mind blast is amazing. Like "ho hum another long ass priest fight oh wait I'm dead".

How was the season 3 patch? First one I skipped but will probably come back for 4 if it gets good reviews.

Apparently nef is ridiculously more powerful than rag too so week 1 is a big bust. The premade deck idea is very boring. Would be fun if it had interesting rules to deckbuild around but even with that - no rewards means no one will play. Surprised they didn't think this through better.

No rewards makes it pointless. They're gonna see huge backlash on this.

12 to 20 seems extreme Had a interesting fight just now freeze vs tempo mage. He's got a full board including a waker. I do standard doomsayer nova combo. To my surprise he plays his other waker. Then frostbolts the sayer, doesn't kill it with waker procs, then pings his own clockwork...

Except patron/commander is a pretty shitty addition to this game. As an aside there is nothing more entertaining to me in this game than mirror entity on doomsayer twice in one game.

I think its a pretty good idea. Things like "pirates have +2/+2 when a mech is on board" or "minions attack also heal your hero" or something would be fun to check out for a few days and there'll be a big influx of people experimenting with decks as opposed to netdecking all the time. But...

I'm playing it now for the past few days and slowly getting there. I read a couple guides and just got some experience. It goes with freeze mage and handlock in that you just have to have a plan for the next couple rounds. And you have to know your opponent's decks pretty well. Its swingy...

The current health of the game is directly related to the amount of mindless aggro decks that are being played imo. Say what you want about patron but at least you have to make actual choices.

I feel like there's some kind of weird heal meta shift lately. Just beat a paladin with 2 lay on hands and a healbot with freeze mage and I feel like I ran a marathon. Hey as long as people still aren't playing kezan... haven't seen one in days.

God there is nothing like feeling like a chump after sitting on lethal for 5 turns against some goofy ass duplicate/echo mage because you're sure the only thing he can have left is ice block and sure enough on round 16 you can't stall it out any more and hit his face and he just dies.

Hearthstone shower thought: if I play freeze mage correctly, all of my opponents are essentially just showing off what cool legendaries they've collected in a nice line in front of me.
