If you want to play offline make sure you go into the settings for Last Epoch in steam and change the "Selected Launch Option" to "Play Full Offline"

Warlock doesn't feel floaty to me. Unless you are speaking specifically about collision detection which is just abysmal all around. The "running in place" stuff when surrounded by monsters

What class/build are you playing? This has a lot to do with that. A lot of what you are referring to has been addressed for a lot of the skills but there are still some big offenders.

Warlock absolutely did get nerfed. The spirit plague ward generation got massively nerfed, which was a big portion of their (very op) survivability. Though that's an acolyte nerf in general.
