I don't get it. First match was lock vs lock. He got 2 minions when he was losing, but when I was losing I didn't get any. Just more random BS.

Do your decklists need to be locked in when you sign up, or can you tweak them before the tourney starts?

Fuck this win 5 Tavern Brawls quest. So annoyingly random with this portals brawl. Too bad it's a 60g quest so I feel like I need to do it. But just to be clear - Not Fun.

How do you change your default pack reward? I'm still getting classic packs for Brawl reward and would prefer TGT. Thanks.

I think you get some gold or packs for beating expert practice mode with each class. Other than that, just do the daily quests. If you are inclined to spend a little money, the Naxx adventure pack yields a bunch of good cards. Some competitive decks are fairly cheap - face or midrange hunter...

All I see at ranks 5 and 6 are pally's everywhere. Mid with the murloc knight, justicar, and joust heal; and a more aggro token style. Really, really sick of it. Edit: I think I need to go Patron Warrior.

I've got hit with Mistcaller twice on turn 6 so far. Lost first one, won second.

Repeating myself, but Mistcaller along with Healing Wave to draw out games so that you get more Mistcaller value seems pretty powerful. Not sure if it's enough to push Mid/Control Shaman to upper echelon, but it certainly helps. They seem to still suffer from lack of card draw.

Just played a control Warrior mirror where we both played Justicar. 25 minutes later I lost in fatigue. Not the most exciting type of match. Public Service Announcement: If you are interested in laddering, rank 5 is swarmed with Shaman, Pally's, and Warriors. Deck accordingly.

I just played against a control Shaman with Mistcaller. It seemed extremely powerful in a control deck. I was playing as control Warrior. He played it on turn 6. I conceded when I had 1 card left and he had 2. That is insane value generated by Mistcaller. I was dealing with 4/6 Belchers...

I think he means as Brawl targets, but I'm not that clear either.
