Maybe you wouldn't have to introduce picks, if people want easy loots/camps like they would have access to in picks just let the raid instances repop. Once a week you can have the zone to yourself for 6hours till it depops then your timers burned for the week you want more action fight for it...

not enough mobs in HHK to support a modern EQ group, you chew through everything and end up with downtime.

Not sure about lockouts on this server, but on Agnarr you could just invite random level ones that didn't even have to be online to pop an instance and check spawns, it would just lock that one char out unless you killed something...once you killed something it was account lock though.

Disclaimer, I'm not a tax accountant. Tax wise also, if you are selling your primary residence on moving out I'm pretty sure you pay zero tax on the gains (up to a fairly large amount I think?) whereas if you decide to rent it for a while and sell later I'm not sure If that's still the case...

I really wish this game had a way to try other decks without blowing your main rating. Need a practice vs. random mode or a secondary deck rating or something. I basically always play the same deck because all my other shit is insanely under-leveled and I get absolutely destroyed as a result...

Necro's are just too much damn fun, and absolutely destroy basically every single parse in kunark by a wide margin. Everytime I play one of these servers I try to talk myself into playing something else but end up maxing it out then switching back to necro main in time for Kunark.
