Its the basic bullshit most of these clowns do where they spread a bunch of nonsense until they get banned, then brag about how they were shutdown for speaking "truths".
Wouldn't it have been better to just reincarnate again? I mean, if you go from being a white guy to a chick to a black guy, clearly you need to keep pounding that reset button.
I feel like ER makes me think of playing Valheim more than any other Souls/BotW type game, just with a heavier focus on survival-craft instead of combat. All sorts of crazy places to explore and the game is full of enemies wanting to shovel a pile of shit down your throat.
This game allows you to explore options earlier on, but as you get towards the later half of the game, you start to realize you need to figure out a specialization in order to really take enemies down. Its a bit like tabletop RPGs where you might play a fighter or mage earlier on, but then move...
True, I got to the Ghost River and then said "meh". However, it was still addictive up to that point. I almost thought about another The Forest run, but I managed to shake off ER enough to just play new games. lol
I played Subnautica a bit when I started to feel myself wanting to get out of Elden Ring. I think something about survival-craft games helped me lose the itch with all the busy work.
You can dodge the initial bomb easily, you don't need to defend against it. In fact, you want her to do it regularly since its easy to avoid. At the beginning of the 2nd phase, drop target and run right through her position and keep going. She'll land behind you and completely miss.
As for...
If you're planning on doing the Frenzied Flame ending and Hyetta's quest line, you could bang out the Weeping Penninsula story. You could do all the Caelid stuff as well.
Godskin Duo is weak to sleep. You can put them both on nap time and then pick one to beat on. They take a moment to get back up so you get some free shots in.
If you don't have the sleep pots or arrows to work with, you can use the Sword of St Trina from Caelid. It just takes a few slashes.
It...
Good stuff.
If you guys want a little something to tide you over, look up animated short films on youtube. A lot of groups have been dumping some high quality shorts on the web that are really good.
It kind of ramps up, but not much. After the capital and into the snowfields is pretty much a reality check and where you start to look over your gear and spec more to see what's not working, then tighten it up.
For Godrick, it helps to talk to Nepheli Loux in a room off the courtyard that leads up to him. Its to the right of a little golden tree. Exhaust her dialogue until she mentions you can call her for the fight.
She's good for phase 1, but phase 2 will chew her up with the fire attacks. Its still...
Yeah, its worth it just to beat Melania into the dirt so hard she can barely get up. I used the Dung Eater puppet recently and he absolutely manhandles her.
No need to feel shame with what you use to kill enemies, especially when you get to the later part of the game and bosses have "fuck you" attacks and combos.
By the end you'll realize honor is worthless and to just throw gasoline on everyone you meet.
Radahn has feet in that comic because its pre-Elden Ring (notice the lack of spears in his back and his normal skin color). The one you meet in game is plagued with Scarlet Rot from fighting Melania to the point his feet rotted off and he lost his mind. However, his power is still so great that...
The holy resist talisman in the blood palace zone that's west of the big bird you can exp farm is great against the final bosses. Its especially good against those multiple laser attacks from Elden Beast.
Best way to deal with Haligtree is just to run past everything grabbing sites until you reach Loretta. The tree area is just straight up retarded.
The rest is pretty cool and has some good stuff.
There's also a strong Holy resist talisman in the blood palace area on the west side of that huge blood lake with the big birds. Raising holy resist is definitely a big help against that boss.
Yeah, the only dragon that's ever really been dangerous for me is the Azure one that summons the magic sword. That fucker manages to catch me with it too much.
You're perfectly fine to do Consecrated Wastes and all the way into Haligtree if you want. I'd even recommend it because most of the content leading up to Malena herself is definitely doable, and there's some great items to get which are beneficial towards the end game, like upgraded talismans...
I can also confirm this, since I thought her dad was at the beastman fight area, then realized he wasn't there and had to look all over for him after I killed the boss.
Also, small tip for anyone fighting that boss, the whip you find in the castle staggers the fuck out of him.
lol
It was definitely a hassle. I've used archery in some forms from MMO's and it was a useful thing in Souls games ever since I used it in the original Demon Souls. I just got this weird interest to try it since some youtubers were saying it was doable. It IS doable, but it gets frustrating...
Finished up my archer build run, what a hassle. I'm never doing that again. The concept is fun in some ways, but some of the fights are just ridiculous and the farming is a huge pain in the ass. I think I spent more time trying to get levels and make arrows than doing the content.
The variety...
I would prefer the human parts be in the form of disaster type ambience, like the perspective of people fleeing or the military. The first movie with the whole military ships and people on the bridge in the bay while Godzilla approaches or the whole Hawaii type tsunami is what I'd be willing to...
Everyone brags about some of these OP summons, but its funny just how many of the other ones have their own uses. I'm a die hard fan of the Skeletal Militiamen. They act just like regular skeletons and get back up again after their slain, as long as you aggro the boss away from them when they're...
All the more reason to come up with new monsters, and the Hollow Earth idea could really open it up for more original ones. Some of the typical Godzilla monsters are pretty cheesy and don't really seem like they could stand up to him anyway.
Skull Crawlers and Warbats were really cool additions.
