Are there any interesting melee builds with these changes? I was really hoping this could bring some love to them but it sounds like not really? Not uber level, just somewhere into red maps or something?

They fixed the stupid ashes not holding ancient with it so given the ease of getting the impale dagger, seems like a safe bet. I still never saw one drop artificially in the PTR though so not sure how common they are supposed to be.

Was thinking about that too, if there are less amounts of them hopefully the drops are upped to compensate. Garbage drops still 99% of the time but it'd suck to limit mobs and have that limit on loot too

Damn, reading through the notes and see that they are neutering beyond encounters? Those were stupidly fun/crazy, screens of death and all that. Hopefully the new version is just as good

That happened alongside the buff to monster armor didn't it? When they added "Chance to overwhelm 10% of armor" or whatever its called.

Barb ones are more or less the same category of meh. WW one should be how the rune behaves with pulling stuff into you already, other is just +dmg on your ult. Haven't tried the 3rd as its not a playstyle I really liked before anyway. Would've been more fun to throw these on some of the legacy...

Kinda bummed they aren't going core, it really made things a bit easier to farm and get things started I felt. Was also comical when sometimes they juiced mobs that became unkillable. Not sure which patch was Delirium, but gets my vote for the peak PoE

mystic allies have always been useful, but in most cases you'd roll with air for the spender regen. Still think the funnest build I've ever played is the EP/7ss when you get something with extreme density maps, but unfortunately thats far and away rare and I seriously hope they steal from POE...

This basically sums up the game. Throw at least one of each element on all your characters or you're in for a really bad time, without staggering things its not an enjoyable playthrough.

I assumed they'd take all your characters shit, but account bound guarantees no one who walks away will pick it up again in the future. Wipe out a stash completely/delete the character if you have to, but that far seems like bad business.

Barbs get cheat death (I assume all classes did, maybe not). 30 sec cd, 3 seconds of cannot die and you have something like 10-20% lifesteal on your damage.

Wait, what? I get monsters scaling to 60, but if I'm playing normal I want to obliterate shit by looking at them. If this is the case, thats about as idiotic as not being able to one shot level 30 monsters at 99 in FF15
