I loved 4+ hour grinds at the: Qeynos Prison, Black Swan Inn Bandits/Trees/Instant spawn gnolls or the lesser known snake cave, then Deathfist Citadel for a long time, then those Icebone skeletons in Permafrost. At level 44 I soloed mostly and overnight pet xp'd as a necro. Those shade pets...

Most of those sheep are absolutely pathetic suck-asses. It's funny because any time someone would doubt the project or even think about using the word vaporware the fanboys would destroy the poster. What a shame, a lot of us bought into the hype and were really looking forward to this too...

No one would and certainly not over some guys on the internet sending mean emails and PMs. It's phony BS. We are all adults, why not at least treat the people who have been following this project for YEARS with a little respect and be honest about why this is shutting down?

I was really looking forward to this project. Does anyone have the inside scoop on this ending? It looked like he had it pretty much set to go and then just cans the project? The excuse of cancelling over some mean emails is just laughable. He wasted five years of development over some PMs...

I signed up here just so I could post on this thread. EQoA was one of the best games ever made. I wish we could still play it but am pretty sure that it is gone forever. What a shame.
