Why would you believe that? You're using your logic, and not Blizzard logic. It would make more sense in Blizzard logic to re-release a "finished" product like Classic that needs less manpower on it, than to spend resources to work on TBC.

When it comes to the 1k anima weekly quest, I just look at what's available every day and pick which world quests are worth doing. Fuck trying to squeeze it all out in one day by doing stupid ones. You want me to go do a multi-stage quest killing elites and gathering junk for 35 anima? Fuck...

One time I ended up with the free Icebound Fortitude every time I interrupt a spell with Mind Freeze, AND the frost dragon attack every time I used Icebound Fortitude. So basically every time I interrupted, it triggered both the buff and the dragon attack.
