About the chat in the pic: The king area has ghosts all around the final platform. They aggro you and put you in combat if you're too close. Its always a good idea to get setup and ready at that last pack of dogs before him.

At max levels its more about holding aggro as a tank so the dps can do their job. You'll need tanking gear to handle the shit that's being thrown at you, and unfortunately the loot balance will put it more defensive and less offensive, so you'll have to make up for that with threat and utility...
